Party help please????

Question

I'm having a birthday party and Im tuning 14. my mom cant rent a jumper and all i got is a pool, what should I do for four hours besides swimming? we have water balloons and I can think of anything else.

The food, pizza, chips, ice cream, cup cakes and thats it. what else should I get? Also should I get cupcake because later on Im going to have a big cake.

My decoration is simple just blue and white streamers and balloons. any other decoration ideas?

Pools are amazing! and the pool is a great attraction... when everyone is chilling around the pool time will fly and everyone will have fun... u dont need much more... but if u do want more have music going and have a dance
