Party help!?

My birthdays coming up and I'm having a dinner party. My table only seats 10 though. So that leaves nine seats left. There are five people I have to invite because there my best friends/family. So four seats are left. And so many people want to come that I want to invite! So whats a good solution?

Why dont you only invite those 5 people? That way it is a nice meal between you and your closest friends/family. =D

Serve a buffet with finger foods and a great punch.  That way you can invite 25.  Serve boiled shrimp, finger sandwiches,  roll up pinwheels, fresh fruit platter, veggies and dips platter., cheese fondue (you can rent or borrow the fondue dish server.  Mini sausages in Bar-B- sauce, cheese and cracker platter.  Mexican 7 layer dip, and so on.

Have you thought about doing it outside? You can rent tables/chairs, then use the table inside as sort of a buffet table.

Or, if you hate eating outside, you can just limit the number of people who come. You only have a certain number of seats. Maybe have a dinner party, then invite people over a different time, or even just later that evening, for drinks?

Or! Don't have a dinner party. Invite one or two people to share dinner, then have a party where everyone can come over and serve drinks and party food? Good luck.

Have it outside. Sit on the grass or pavement and that way you can sit with anyone you want.
