For my 13th I had a BBQ, and it was really cool. I know it sounds babyish, but I also got a bouncy castle and everyone loved it!!

--BBQ with a Western theme (cowboy hats, chaps, and boots with  spurs)

--Beach Bonfire (if that is an option)

--Friday the 13th Party

--Mexican Fiesta

BBQ is a great idea...maybe have it Disney themed. Or Hannah Montana or High School Musical themed. I think most girls that age are into those things. Good luck and have fun!
