Party ideas!?!?!?

Question

im turning 13, i have an inground pool, and im planning to invite around 15-20 people. any ideas on what to do for entertainment/food/decoration/etc?

been there done that for sevral years. really just have music playing. a table with a buffet and drinks. color coordinate as best a possible. balloons, in and out of pool. a beach ball would always be nice for a pool party. you really don't need much to entartain when you have a pool. for food try pizza, chips, dip, cakee. the usual. or barbeque.

Have some relay races.   Buy some small plastic ducks.  Divide into 2 or 3 teams.   Float the ducks and have a race, pushing the ducks with your noses only.     It was really fun when my daughter played this game.  

Lay a surfboard on the side of the pool and take photos of people striking their best Hang 10 pose.    You can make your own using an ironing board w/ a beach towel covering.

Fresh Fruit on skewers.   Watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, strawberries, fresh pineapple.     Or, you could get a chocolate fountain so that the guests can dip their fruit into the chocolate.    

Grilled chicken skewers or steak skewers.   Thread chunks of chicken with veggies and grill.
