Party place Help?

Question

I been throwing parties for a while but now my parents haven't been going as much so I cannot have them at my house and none of my parties get out of hand.. where can I have parties so I can still play pong and flip cup and etc no hotel ideas please and please don't scold me about law suites and bad idea.
