Can you help. SOS, need volunteers to help with hurricane Gustav animal rescue. Pasado's Safe Haven operating the largest rescue operation in New Orleans. Go to www. pasadosafehaven.org to help. Please help this not turn into another Katrina where over 100,000 pets perished. Thank you.

I sure wish there was a way I could help from here in MN. I work at a tiny shelter, and we did all we could to help with the Iowa floods. I know a lot of animals are being moved to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. I'll be praying that all these animals are okay and get evacuated in time. I'll see if there's anything we can do here, even if it's just getting extra crates down to area shelters and rescues.
