Pasport delivery?

i have aplied for my baby pasport and acording to status report it will be despacthed on 14 can i collect da pasport from da passport office on 14 personally ? if yes pls tel me da procedure

It will be turned over to the delivery company on the 14 and will more likely cannot be claimed at the office.

Because you have asked for it to be delievered it will automatically be delivered. Depending on the country you are  from you may be able to ask if you can pick it up. However, you must do this before the 14th (preferably as soon as possible) as the passport office may have already sent it out in advance.

It can depend on what country you are filing for this passport as many have different ways of getting the passport.  

In the US when filling out the application form you must state where you want it delivered to.  It will normally come via mail system with a delivery confirmation so you must sign for it.  In Canada you may pick it up I believe at the passport office.

There is no baby passport as such.

I think that you are are referring to a passport , that you have applied  for your child.

If the passport office had informed you that the passport would be dispatched on the 14th, wait till then.

If you don't receive by the said date , you can meet the PRO in person.
