Passaport Card?

Can you fly within the US with a passaport card or not? It says that you cant fly to mexico and the bermuda and other places but I wish to know if you can use it to fly within the united states?

You could use it just like any other photo I.D. within the U.S., but cannot use it to FLY outside the U.S.

I dont know what a passport CARD is....but a passport is required to go to mexico...it is NOT required INSIDE the U.S. but is accepted as identification....bermuda is considered international i think
