Is it legal for the passenger(s) of a vehicle in Canada to consume alcohol as long as the driver is sober?

  1. No.  You may not have any open or unsealed alcohol within reach of the driver, whether he is drinking or not.


  2. sorry, I don't know. I tried google but came up empty.

  3. in the us and canada open/unseal alcohol = equal crime.

    only in europe and some areas of south american you can. And of course in russia
