Passengers in the truck bed?

What is the law involving passengers in the bed of a pick-up truck in Arkansas?

Don't try it.  I was in a rollover in Texas where I was in the truck bed.  Not a safe thing to do.  Texas still allows it, but I don't believe in it.

Don`t know anout Ark. but dangerous in any state, don`t risk it.

you can't have anyone in the bed. totally against the law.
