Passgenger Side Low Beams doesn't work on 2003 Toyota Corolla S

Question

I have checked the fuses and replaced them, and I have replaced the passenger side low beam lightbulb and the light still doesn't work. If it's not the fuse or the lightbulb what could it be? Driver side lights work fine.

Use a meter, are you getting power to the light.  If not,,,and the fuse is good,,,check the headlight relay.
