  1. Are they original dvds? If they're pirated, dont risk bringing them into australia..

Theres no limit, unless its food or plants or animal products..

  2. My stepson came through customs from Bali last year, was at a mates place there and downloaded 50+ movies onto DVD's plus bought heaps of pirated DVD's there,

When coming through customs they said 'anything to declare' he just said I've got heaps of DVD's that's about it', they did nothing, no search.  I was really surprised.   I think they would look at them if they were p**n only, and am pretty sure you are not talking about those types of movies LOL

  3. Put it in the checked in luggage, and don't need to declare it. As long as its not plant/animal products or drugs/weapons, you can bring it in.

  4. If you bring child p**n into the country they will be seized and you will be charged.  But other dvd's are ok.

  5. You wont have a problem. I came back from Thailand with pirate copied DVDs, fake brand named items (clothes, bags etc...) and they didn't care.

As long as you don't have mass amounts or 30 of the same item (so they don't think your going to sell them) or anything illegal it will be fine.

Have fun in Dubai, i hear it's a very beautiful country!
