Passing out, no obvious answer?

i passed out today while i was driving, i was in air conditioning, and remembering being fairly calm when this happened. first i went blind, then def, took prob about 7 to 10 seconds to go from going blind to passing out. went to the emergency room, they drew blood, did a ct, and 2 sets of vitals, one of which i had to sit then stand. they didn't' find anything wrong but they want to do an EEG. whats going on here? am i not getting enough nutrients? i feel really weak and tired now, this is about an hour after leaving the hospital. any ideas?

I fainted once (didn't go all the way out), but that sounds EXACTLY like it.  

Are you taking any supplements that might have set this off?  You should get your lab results and see a neurologist for the EEG.
