  1. i used to be passive agressive. you just need to think befoe you act. it's not an illness and you can easily get over this type of behavior. ex of p-a behavior: you made plans with somebody and now they are calling you on the phone. you changed your mind and really don't want to hang out with this person anymore. instead of answering the phone and saying, sorry, i just don't feel like it,.. you ignore their call. that way you are being passive, but still being aggresive in letting them know I DON'T WANT TO HANG OUT.. if you don't want to be p-a, you could have just answered the phone and said let's hang out another time. just think about things before you do them.. try to be more mature about the way you handle situations
