  1. Check with the US Embassy / consulate there.

  2. the only thing u have to do after finishing ur case and getting permission to leave, is to go directly to ur embassy and let them do the rest for you, because legally they are resposible for you and they will let you definitely go back to your country with a new passport, they will issue a new passport for you, but you have to go to your embassy otherwise you will be in trouble

  3. contact ur the embassy.

  4. you ommited to state how long you have been out of the US ?

and the status of your green card ? is it still valid ?

and it all depends as well, why you have a court hold order ?

before you left the US? did you ask before leaving the U.S. if you needed a travel document ? aliens should determine if they require a travel document to re-enter the country. There are several types of travel documents that aliens (including legal permanent residents) must obtain if they wish to re-enter the country after travel outside of the U.S. The following sections examine re-entry permits, advance parole, and refugee travel documents. To apply for any of these benefits, use Form I-131.

the document provided is valid up to year and more .

  5. You cannot enter the U.S. without a valid passport.  Your resident card doesn't count to get you in.
