Passport Renewal Help, with Post Office?

My Post Office Does not want to help me process my passport, they keep telling me to go to another branch, On the USPS website the post office has passport processing hours, i come in during the time, and they do not want to do the work,

is their any agency or customer service or representitive that could help me get things straightened out, why wont the Post Office Do it's Job?

You can try crying in the wind, or you can get a passport - you decide.  Basically they are telling you how to take care of your situation - follow their advice.  Websites do not always get updated  properly.

Did they tell you that there are other issues in your record?

You might be unable to renew your passport and driver's license IF you owe the state child support over $5K...

While you could spend a lot of energy and possibly force them to accept your application, why not just go to the other branch? The local branch may be short handed and not have the trained people to handle your application.

Do you really want someone that is mad at you to handle this for you?
