Passport agency have lost my Naturalization cert. what should i do now need to apply for my parents. plz help?

i have called passport agency, they have send several emails but passport agency in houston dont know what they have done with my naturalization certificate. Now i need to apply for my parents and did not even make a copy for certificate coz it says its not legal to make a copy. i really need help. thnks

Now why did you do a silly thing like that and send them your original cert?

If you had bothered to READ the guide, the instructions would have TOLD you to make a copy. For that reason it is allowed.

I applied to petition my parents,i just copied my naturalization certificate. I think they're just pertaining to copying certificate for illegal purposes especially if u got a colored copy. The requirement for petitioning parents is just a copy of certificate.

Anyways, just send them your passport (also a proof of citizenship) otherwise,you have to wait for a year for you to have your Naturalization Certificate again. Keep following up your naturalization certificate,call the passport agency and be persistent to ask them to look for your certificate. Hope this will help. =)
