Passport control between France and Martinique/Reunion Island?

Anybody knows if exist passport control between France mainland and Martinique/Reunion Island due those territories belongs to the EU?

Yes, there is passport/id control........and if you don't have EU nationality, you will need to fill out one of those yellow forms

Well, of course not: these territories belong to France, and are French departments. Why should there be a passport control? I mean, there is no more control than if you take a plane from Paris to Marseille.
