Passport help! (mexico to london)?

well my boyfriend is here in the usa..

illegally. i would love to go to london one day with him..

if he goes back to his native country mexico.. how do you get a passport to go to london? can he? i need to know information like this.

If he leaves the USA without getting his proper papers before he wont be able to return to the USA

if he were to go back to Mexico and get a Passport there..he would be able to travel to London with his valid passport.No Visa is required for mexican citizens for up to 180 days tourism visit!

He can apply for a Mexican passport at the nearest Mexican consulate.  If he returns to Mexico, he will not be able to return to the U.S.  If he travels anywhere outside the U.S. , he will not be able to return to the U.S.
