Passport office in Peterborough? Anyone been?

Hi. I am thinking of going to the Peterborough passport office to get my son's passport. Has anyone been there? Are there queues? What time and day is best to go? Is it open on a Saturday? Any information would be great thanks.

Yes, I went for a quick turnaround service. They give you a timed appointment, but when I turned up in fact there was barely anyone there. That was just before Easter. At this time of the year, they are likely to get busier.

Why not ring them for advice?
