Password help.. how can I or what is

I'v been told that there is some kind of word which you can put in the password box and it opens the Laptop..

First of all you have to have Administrator rights, then go to Control Panel > User Accounts and then Change account then click on one you which to password protect and enter a password. If there is already one in place then you need to contact your system administrator.
