Password protect certain folders on the ipod touch?

Question

is it possible to place a password on a certain folder on the ipod touch.

example:

if i had three photo albums would it be possible to keep my most precious ones under a passworded folder?

There is an app called "Pic Vault" on iTunes that hides your photos, however it is $3 and some users are reporting it doesn't delete the photos from your qmain library.
