Geemarie, hi again: the player is a multi-region Polaroid DVP-1000 which Ipurchased specifically to watch DVD's from all regions, and so far it's been a fine product. It's just this one specific title ("Dance with the Devil" a region-1disk with a conventional 'R' rating) that's the problem. I've run "Caligula,""Salo" and other extremely 'strong' movies (rated and otherwise) with no problems whatsoever. It's a perfect puzzlement. I greatly appreciate yourefforts.
