  1. I don't know if you meant at the same meal but that would be way to many carbs.

  2. I wouldn't have just any pasta and mashed together. But there is a polish item called peirogi's. Wich is a pasta dough stuffed with mashed potatoes, or you can also have them stuffed with meat, cabbage etc...

  3. h**l why not! :)

  4. Lol it sounds lush Lol     try it!

  5. Cook the large pasta shells until almost done, make some mashed potato and stir in about 1/2 cup of grated cheese, stuff the shells with the mashed potato, arrange on a baking pan.  On the side, make some garlic butter by melting a cup of butter(or more if making a large amount),add some garlic salt and garlic powder to taste, or teaspoon of garlic juice. Cook a small package of frozen broccoli florets and puree them in the blender, add the garlic butter, and blend, then pour over the stuffed shells and bake in the oven at about 325 for about oh, say 20 minutes, enough to finish cooking the pasta and for everything to absorb the sauce's flavors.  Keep an eye on it, so it doesn't overcook as you don't want pasta with brown or burnt edges, if need to, baste it with the sauce in the pan with a spoon from time to time.  Take out of the oven, put a few of the shells on each plate, spoon some of the sauce over it and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve with a chunk of french bread to sop up leftover sauce. Enjoy!  Let me know how this turns out, as I just made up the recipe.

  6. yuk, you have pasta and something or mashed potato and something, it's like having spaghetti with rice!

  7. If someone (waiter, friend, dinner host, girlfriend, etc.) tried to serve me pasta and mashed potatoes in one meal I would throw the entire plate across the room.
