medium on the sauce but I want pasta with texture to hold the sauce. Then you don't need so much and you still get all the flavor.

I love the sauce to be just nice .. not too little that it doesn't have enough to cover the pasta... and not too much that the sauce seem over loaded..

I put a lot of kosher salt in the water b4 i cook my pasta. makes it taste so much better.i also mix a little cheese and pasta water back into the pasta making the pasta creamy b4 i even put the sauce on yum.it flaves the pasta so i only need very little sauce

It depends on the pasta itself. Pennes and other pastas like that, I like a lot of sauce. Spaghetti and those pastas I like less sauce, since it's less mess (cuz it's kind of hard scooping long pasta on to a spoon, versues small pastas^^)
