Pasta with garlic yogurt paprica sauce on top?

how does it sound to you. I like it but I wonder what people think in north america...

As an expat living in Hungary, it sounds like something we could order here at the restaurant, and sounds like it would be good!  Although it would be made with sour cream and not yoghurt ;)

Where is this recipe from?

I am from Singapore, and that doesnt sound very appealing to me.  Some how the yogurt just doesnt work for me.  

PS:  Before you say anything, my dear hubby is Indian & they add yogurt to plenty of curries.  So I am very familiar with adding yogurt to savory meals as sauces.
