Pasting images ON background??

Question

How can I paste on this background: http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z284/icewatervixen/Anime/Fire_Demon_by_art_hobbit.jpg .But I don't know how 2 do it. I tried in photoscape program, but it didn't work.

Download an application called 'The GIMP'. It's a free substitute to Adobe Photoshop and should allow you to do this easily.

You need to open the fire background, then open the image you want to put over the top of the fire image, cut it out (Edit > Select All, Edit > Cut) and go to your fire image and paste it in there (Edit > Paste)

That 'should' work.
