I watched and wanted to pose some questions......

1. What do you think about Dr. Adam’s philosophy of patient/physician relationships and his approach to healthcare? Do you think this philosophy is realistic?

2. What are some of the major issues portrayed in this video as they relate to healthcare and the healthcare provide.

3. How would any of the concepts related in this story (true story) impact you as a clinician or future RN?

  1. Well, one of the really good ones, but the rest of the medical society did nearly crucified him.

  2. I loved the movie and think his philosophy was great to have a caring relationship with your patients.  That's what a dr. is supposed to do.  We sure need more Dr. like that!!!

When he found out about his patients then he was able to meet their needs or treat them better.

I think that his concepts were to treat people like a real  person not a patient or a number.

  3. i think it a good thing that if your possitive and hapy all the time its bound to wear off on others sometimes all it take is a little tlc for some one,i was so negative my whole life it gave me hope and if it was why did 15000 dr go there to practiv=ce and alot of them worked free

i think it is great to have someone that wants to make you well thinks about you individually and actually wasnt all about given a pill his therapy was great ppl learned to laugh still live with there ailments could learn to live a good life even thogh they have an illness

that ppl are human we do have names we are inpotant too its nice to have a person you can trust enough to talk to good bed side manners

  4. LOL. Is this a school project?

Oh god. I would help, but I haven't seen the movie in so long. I can't even remember it. I hope someone on here is smart enough to give you some logical responses.
