Paternity test question for writing purposes?

Alright, if you have identical twin brothers and they sleep with the same woman (say she's dating one and cheats with the other) and gets pregnant. When she has the baby, would they be able to find out who the father is with a paternity test?

I have a great story idea for a novel I want to write, but I need to know this first.

If they are identical twins they have the same DNA therefore you would not be able to tell who the father is.  They had an episode like that on Maury... luckily the "bad" twin to a lie detector test and it proved that he was lying and did not have s*x with the "good" twins girlfriend so it was determined the "good" twin was the father.

i am pretty sure no if they are identical they have the same dna

No because they have the same dna. Now if they are fraternal twins then the answer would yes.
