Patio gas and Butane gas?

what is the difference between Patio gas than Normal butane gas to work with BBQ

All the LP BBQ's I've sold are Liquid Propane,not Butane. Then there are Natural Gas ,and a few electric. Oh course the good old stand-by, charcoal is always around. Don't buy Butane to use with a BBQ. The difference between Liquid Propane and Natural Gas ,is the weight. One is heavier then the other and needs to use a different orfice,hose,and regulator. Byee

you should always use the gas recommended for the appliance. Try something else for whatever reason is asking for a disaster.
