Patrice Evra urges Arsenal’s Samir Nasri to pick Manchester United over Manchester City
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 midfielder Samir Nasri has been linked with a move out of the club, almost since the end of the season. However, based on recent developments, the player was being favoured to end up making a move to Manchester City, instead of any other team. Nonetheless,
his international team-mate, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Patrice-Evra-c29231 has gone on to urge the midfielder to join Manchester United, over City if he hopes to win any trophies.
At the moment, it still isn’t certain if the Gunners are going to be willing to let go of the midfielder just yet. The player is under contract for another year and if they don’t let him go now, then they would have to let him leave for free next season.
Despite that fact, over the course of the last few weeks, City have emerged to be the likeliest of destinations for the player. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 has openly gone on to admit that he wants to land the player, but is yet to make any progress on transfer talks.
Evra, on the other hand seems to feel like he can convince the player to join United instead and has gone on to admit that he has already had a number of talks with the player, regarding his situation.
Evra is quoted to have said: "I've talked a lot with him in the holidays and told him how great it is to play for Manchester United and how important it would be for him to become one of the biggest players in the world,” Evra told reporters.

"I remember I made that little joke saying that he's a prince now but if he wants to be the king then he has to join Man United.

"But that's the reality - and I've told him that. I said, 'If you want to win trophies, you have to come here'.”
It is quite unclear as to why Evra feels like he can act as Nasri’s manager and tell him what to do in the future. Having said that it is also quite hard to argue with Evra, regarding his trophy situation. The full-back has gone on to win twelve trophies
in the last five years with the club and from the looks of things, he is bound to improve on that number in the coming seasons.
It is still not clear as to what http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Samir-Nasri-c32360’s stance is one the current situation, as he is yet to make his feelings public. Arsene Wenger seems to be convinced that he is staying at the Emirates, while Evra is certain he is going to be on his way to United.
