If you want to understand the Patriot Act you need to get the book "Introduction To Homeland Security."  This is a college textbook that teaches the provisions of the act and how they are applied.

One of the things I noticed is that opposition to the Patriot Act is proportional to the lack of understanding about what it says (as opposed to what people with political agendas claim it says).

go to the aclu's website if you are against it. i just did a paper for it, we just had to have the opposing sides view so that is why i know that.

anyways the patriot act is awsome.  I think that safety is way more important than the government listening in on "supposed" terrorist.  If you want 9/11 again your are against the act.

anyways the law says that if the government has probable cause that someone is involved in terrorist activities, then they don't need a warrant to listen in on the conversation.

You're not going to find a good list of pros and cons from a website that is against the Patriot Act.  Isn't that rather obvious?

However, I suspect that finding a neutral website would be nearly impossible.

U.N. strong one answer to most terrorism for reason it can offer protection be something to join instead of terrorist oraganisations. No war without approval of U.N. anyway. Not providing website but providing good reason not required. Were citizens to spend what they do on fast food entertainment,sporting events,Super Bowl Celebrity Magazines instead on U.N. terrorists could not attack these events for reason not held. Also reduces hate against U.S.A in World.
