Kobe, because the media was selling his rear as gold. They hyped him so much so he could get the MVP. Saying all sorts of ridiculous things like calling him better than MJ! LOL, WHAT A FARCE! Kobe does not make anyone better that's the truth! He did not do a thing for his team in the finals! The Lakers should have benched Kobe and the Lakers would have been more competitive than they were!

i was at the Super Bowl in Phx.Non-stop party's for 5 days leading up to the game.That's hard to beat.

the biggest letdown was for the patriots, going undefeated and then losing to a team most people didnt think even deserved to be in the playoffs, that was major choking, although people mistakenly thought the lakers were the favorites to win i'm not sure that it was choking on their part, the celtics were simply the better team with the three all-stars and stifling defense

Patriots, they were rolling on a near-perfect season. Just one more win against the Giants and they make history but then they choked so bad in the Superbowl.
