http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Paul-Farbrace-c81060 hopes Kent will steal the title of Friends Life T20 2011 – Cricket News Update
Paul Farbrace, the Kent Cricket Club’s Director of cricket, is confident of his team’s occult talent and hopes that they will emerge as potential competitors for the play-offs of the ongoing Friends Life T20 tournament 2011. He thinks that one victory out
of the three remaining group stage games will be sufficient for them to qualify for the superior rounds.
Talking to the media today, he said, “We said at the start of the campaign that 18 points would see us qualify so one more win ought to do it and once you’re into the quarter-finals, who knows. At that stage you’ve only got to win three more games to win
(the competition) and we’ve done that before, so we know what it takes."
He further elaborated, “I’ve listened a few times to the so-called experts who haven’t given us too http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Gordon-James-Muchall-c60376 of chance. But if you keep winning games, then people have to start taking you seriously. We’ve got a balanced bowling attack and different people are
winning games for us."
