Paul Heyman woman....

Question

I was just wondering, whenever I go to a WWE event around Wheeling, WV, there's this woman who dresses exactly like Paul Heyman. Trenchoat, hat, everything.

Anyone know anything about this woman? Does she work for the WWE or anything? I thought it was Heyman before I looked closer, lol.
