The former Norwich City boss has revealed that his troops are working hard in the training session, and has expressed confidence that his side will manage to secure a good result in their upcoming English Premier League game against the Royals.

The Scottish trainer has revealed that his troops have been working extremely hard in the training, and has expressed confidence that his side will start grinding out good results in the coming weeks.
“I see the lads training every day and the way they perform I don't have a problem”, Lambert was quoted as saying to the media.
The Villans are currently sitting 18th on the league table, a single point adrift of the safety zone, and the Villa boss has stressed that his side’s upcoming game is extremely important.
“Reading is a massive game but I think every game is. I never view any game differently. I think the Premier League is unforgiving. Tuesday will be a tough game but we're playing well”, Lambert added.
Following two successive defeats at the hands of Manchester United and Manchester City, 2-3 and 5-0 respectively, the Lions managed to secure a deserving hard fought goalless draw against Arsenal on November 24.
And the former Celtic midfielder has insisted that his troops staged an impressive show both against United and the Gunners.
