Paul Mitchell has to play hard at the Club World Championship,” says the Captain Tyler Hildebrand

The 26-year-old Tyler Hildebrand is the captain of Men’s Volleyball Club, Paul Mitchell from United States. The American squad is one of the aspiring contenders who want to be the superstars of 2010 FIVB Club World Championship in Doha, Qatar. The championship
will hit the town on Wednesday, 15th December, 2010. Paul Mitchell is missing some of the experienced players and most of the younger players have joined the side for Club World Championship. This is why the captain of the team has some doubts about
the performance of Paul Mitchell. The skipper, Hildebrand said, “This is going to be a pretty high level of Volleyball. We don’t have a star player like Clay Stanley or Sean Rooney who can swing us out of trouble when we get out of system. We’re not going
over with any expectations other than to play hard."
Tyler Hildebrand has a great task of leading the team to success and he is resolved to work out good performance. He is putting all his efforts to prepare the team for the big challenge. Hildebrand himself is an experienced player. He has spent last two
years with United States’ Men’s National Volleyball Team. Additionally, he was part of the U.S. team during the 2010 FIVB World League and played an instrumental role in the overall growth of team. He also played with American team at the Pan American Cup
in 2008, 2009, and 2010. Moreover, Hildebrand demonstrated his extraordinary skills at the World University Games twice. He played at the Long Beach State for many years and gained plenty of experience.
He has been training with the younger Paul Mitchell’s side for a few weeks. He has joined the club recently but he played with many of the club members at Long Beach State. Right now, the team is going through an extensive practice session. Hildebrand is
much concerned about the fact that how the inexperienced Paul Mitchell will fare against tough teams at the Club World Championship. The American side will strike with Russia’s Dynamo Moscow and Italy’s Trentino Betclic in the first round of the tournament,
which is likely to give them a hard time.
However, the players are working hard to get ready for action. Paul Mitchell’s setter, Ariz said, “It’s been a while since I played in the FIVB World League against Russia. I’m pretty excited.”
