Paul kipsey tapes?

i dont know if anyone is familiar with paul kipsey, so i'll explain. he was a murderer who killed about 800 people and would tape his murders, i was wondering if anyone knew where i could find the tapes? i was doing a demonstration. he was in the newspaper and everything.

There aren't any tapes of him out because they are in evidence room. They are too gruesome to show on the news so they didn't release them back in the days.
