Paula Creamer able to repeat her 2012 Kingsmill Championship form in coming tournaments

American Paula Creamer might have regretted letting the 2012 Kingsmill Championship title slip through her hands, but the upcoming Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia 2012 can give her another good opportunity
to prove her mettle.
Creamer found a good chance to end her victory drought at the Kingsmill Championship 2012 as she fought hard against her nearest rival Jiyai Shin of South Korean, but lost the tournament in
playoff.
Winless since her last triumph at the US Women’s Open 2010 in July, Creamer’s position in the world ranking gradually worsened and she now ranks outside the top ten.
At a time when South Korean and other Asian contenders are proving their worth on the LPGA, it has become very important for the LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association) phenom to take
her game more seriously than ever before as the only American fighting back these days is Stacy Lewis.
Lewis might have seen rough times over the course of her professional career, but her efforts finally seem to have paid off. Lewis is currently sanding at the second position in the Women’s
World Golf Rankings and she is set to trouble Asian rivals once again as she has moved up to the top spot on the Rolex Player of the Year Award list.
The 2012 season saw the American star get off to an electrifying start as she was determined to record victories. She racked up her first victory of the season at the Mobile Bay LPGA Classic
in April, beating American Lexi Thompson by one stroke.
Lewis recorded her latest victory at the Navistar LPGA Classic, held at Prattville, Alabama. This time, her nearest rival was again Thompson who lost by two strokes.
“This year for me has been really cool. It’s been fun. I got off to a good start and just kind of continued to play well,” the world number second said in her latest interview.
Thanks to fourteen top-10 finishes and three triumphs in the 2012 season, Lewis has given players like Creamer some hope that the only way to put the American women’s golf  back on track is
winning.
Creamer is expected to end her victory drought this season as the Tour is going to stage the first of its last six events from October 11 in Malaysia.
