Paulie Malignaggi challenges Timothy Bradley to a fight – Boxing News
Italian fighter Paulie Malignaggi has challenged the new WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley to the ring. According to Malignaggi, Bradley is a ‘talent-less’ fighter who can easily be beaten.
Malignaggi currently holds the World Boxing Association (WBA) welterweight title. Since both the fighters are of the same calibre, a bout between them is highly probable. According to Malignaggi, he can easily defeat Timothy Bradley if he gets the chance

When asked about Bradley, Malignaggi said, “He is talent-less. The guy wins on heart, and it takes a lot more than heart to beat Paulie Malignaggi.”
He added, “Since when has any fight been an easy fight for Tim Bradley? His trainer goes around saying I’m an easy fight, but the comical thing about it is, Bradley isn’t good enough to make any fights easy. He wins on having more will and heart than the
other guy.”
Commenting on Bradley’s win against Pacquiao, Malignaggi said, “Sometimes he even gets a gift. How in the world would he beat me, when I can match will and determination with any body, yet I have more talent than he does?”
Malignaggi currently holds 31 wins and 4 losses in his career, whereas Bradley is an undefeated fighter with 29 wins in his portfolio. When asked if Bradley can beat him, Malignaggi said that there is no way in the world Bradley could beat him, as he has
more will and talent than Bradley can ever have.
Malignaggi’s remarks towards Bradley have created the possibility of a match between the two. As Bradley’s trainer Joel Diaz has already suggested, there are chances of Bradley colliding with Malignaggi. However, it should be noted here that Bradley is right
now only looking forward to have a rematch against Pacquiao, in order to win the respect of a champion. Unfortunately, Bradley’s split decision win over Pacquiao got him the title but could not get him the respect every champion deserves.
For now, it is not sure if Bradley will collide with Pacquiao next or not. However, there are high chances of the unbeaten American facing Pacquiao before he even thinks of another bout.
