The agent of Santos attacking midfielder, Paulo Henrique Ganso, has denied reports of a deal with Milan and referred to all the rumours as ‘rubbish’. There have been numerous reports that the rising star will be joining AC Milan in the next week and the
rumour spread all over the media like fire.
The Brazilian footballer was quoted earlier in the week to having told the media that he would be playing for Milan in the next season. However, all the claims made by numerous reporting agencies have been ruled out by the player’s agent in the official
statement.
The official note read: “Even today there have been false reports in the media regarding an eventual agreement with Milan. The only negotiations taking place right now are with Santos in regard to a contract extension until 2015.”
In a previous interview, the attacking midfielder expressed interest in playing in the Serie A with a Milan team. He also expressed the desire to work with Maradona at Inter Milan. “Next year I will play in Milan. Leonardo often calls me because he wants
me at Inter. Leo is a wonderful person. He was a great footballer and I hope he gets a lot of satisfaction out of being a Coach. Inter are a big club and everyone would like to play there. They have a fantastic squad and their recent victories show it. But
Milan is also interested. I am happy because Milan is a big club.”
However, he said he did not want to talk about the transfer market out of respect for Santos’ fans.
Ganso is regarded as one of the future stars of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brazil-c2858 and is considered capable of giving one of the best performances in the European football leagues. The midfielder has also been highly undervalued at Santos and is looking forward to move out to a bigger
club and get the respect he deserves due to his impressive skills on the field.
It is highly expected that the impressive midfielder would be making his move to Serie A in the summer transfer window. AC Milan has been interested in signing the young sensation, but the midfielder has plans to keep Inter as the first choice for transfer.
