Paulsell, David, was in USA, TN Greene County...?

between the years 1797, when he and Elizabeth Delaney married, until at least the late 1820's, and I have most of that information. Would you please apply your resources and locate him in time and place, before and after those dates? That was one fascinating grt-grandfather! Thank you.

In 1830, he was still in Greene county.  There was also a John Paulsell.
