Will Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova win her maiden WTA Tour singles title at the 2010 Monterrey Open? The third seed is through to the quarter-finals and top seed Jelena Jankovic is already out of the draw.

Pavlyuchenkova has to be one of the top chances here. She defeated second seed Daniela Hantuchova in the third round in Dubai recently so has form in her favour, and played well in her quarter-final loss to Venus Williams in that tournament. If the world No. 27 can hold her nerve here, she just might do it.
