Question

What is the best Pay Per Click Management Tool.

( Hopefully Free )

I am trying to set a huge number of Highly Target Keywords

on Adwords, Ask & Yahoo

The ability to manage ads perhaps backing up uploading with excel would be ideal. Creating ads with the sysytem?

Am I just dreaming? I can upload a system to my website. Which I think would be ideal if it ran off of mysql or something.

I just use AdWords and Yahoo SM.

Use AdWords Editor for Google and import the data via excel to Yahoo. That's the Only Free way to do it.

The only PPC management tool that I've had recommended to me by professional PPC managers is: speedppc.com

Sounds like you're dreaming. ;)

Unfortunately there aren't too many 3rd party apps that work cross platform and each functionality is limited by the search engine's capabilities.

For my PPC clients I use numerous tools for keyword discovery, geotargeting, and bid management whether to maintain placement or a specific CPC.  With a large volume of PPC clients, my best friend has become adScientist.
