Pay Raise question?

I am wanting to sumit a pay raise proposal to my boss, is there any place on the internet I can go to look at some examples that other people have written not really sure how to put everthing into words... I've looked on the internet I can't come up with anything I'm hoping ya'll may know a place that will show examples I know they have them for resumes.
