Question:

Pay day................?

I started my new job 4 weeks ago, and my first

pay day I missed since I was new. But my second

pay day I only got paid 4 days out of 2 weeks. I

talked to my manager and she said she made a

mistake and she will fix it on my next pay day.

So does that mean I will get my 2 weeks I worked

before added onto my next pay check with the 2

other weeks I worked? So August 22nd pay check

and Sept 4th paycheck altogether? I just want to

make sure, cause my parents calculated it and I

have the amount but I don't know if that's what they

will pay me. Thanks for all your help I appreciate it!

  1. I am not sure what is the difference in au cause I am in china, and it is yes in china in this case.

  2. Everything should be combined. Your most recent hours and your past unpaid hours.

  3. If you are paid hourly, your paycheck each week will generally not include the current week, since they need time to process it and create the checks.  If payday is Thursday, it would usually include all of your hours up until the previous Friday or Saturday - ask your supervisor when the cutoff is.

If you quit, you'd still get one more paycheck to finish paying you for the time you hadn't been paid for.
