Pay off ticket before i get license?

Question

Im going to be getting my motorcycle license later this month and was wondering if i need to pay of this one speeding ticket on my current drivers license before i can get my motorcycle license

Paying your fine has little to do with the fact that you have a moving violation on your record.  Getting a Class M endorsement has nothing to do with either.

Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.  If you were speeding you should pay the ticket.  

Laws vary in every state, but I would not walk into any DMV expect them to process a registration or license if I owed the state money.

did you fill out guilty or not guilty?

if you wrote not guilty, sent it in and received a response and still have to pay, then wait till you get the license. You only get points on your license when convicted. And if you didnt admit guilt yet, then you should wait since the points dont show up until the ticket is processed.
