Pay pal did not get my money back what can i do

i spent 151$ on a bike on eBay when i payed with pay pal it was received by the seller and he/she never contacted me. i claimed it with pay pal they said they cant help me because there is no money in his/her account.

you will have to take it up with the seller individually, you may need to press charges or something

file a claim with them and then immediately call your bank/credit card and file a claim that you don't authorize this payment. good luck

If you paid with a credit card you should contact the credit card company and tell them that you didn't receive what you paid for.

Also file an "Item not received" claim with eBay.
