Pay pal dispute HELP

a buy raised a dispute against me cause he didnt receive an item i sold on ebay

it was a festival ticket, there where 3 choices for postage standard first class stamp (list with no insurance), recorded first class and next day special delivery

hes rasied a dispute against me cause he didnt recive it and pay pal have pu the money on hold (put my pay pal account in debit, as i withdrew it as soon as it was in my account) am i gona lose this im really worried sold the ticket cause i could afford to go and need money and if the take it back im screwed

am i going to pay for royal mails mistake of loosing the item?

I think that under the circumstances you are going to be SOL (sorry ole luck) You had the option to mail it more than you have stated You could and should have mailed it Insured and return receipt requested.

Let me ask you the question; How do you know that the buyer did not receive the item?  How do you know that he didn't receive the item and used the ticket, but says that it never came?

I think that the bottom line is that you have just paid a "stupid tax." The jerk that was buying them is going to get away with it and there doesn't seem to be anything that you can do about it,......Sorry
