Pay-pal?Refunds.?

I have placed an order through an internet shop. I paid for the items through paypal. I got the receipt sent to me saying the shop had received payment, but I tried calling them/e-,mailling but all e-mails coming back undelivered and calls not answered. I eventually had someone call me back saying they no longer have this business and someone else has bought it over, but changed all contact details. I'm worried now, as I'm not too sure if i'll even receive my goods. What do you think, and how am i eligible for a refund if goods arent received?

  1. you are eligable, its your money-
    you did not receive the item.

    go to the payment section &&
    then what they call the 'resolution centre'
    after a period of days you can file a complaint.
    && one of paypals staff will view the case.

    buyers get protected first before sellers,
    much higher chances of you getting your money back
    now that the business has changed, && there aware.
