I have placed an order through an internet shop. I paid for the items through paypal. I got the receipt sent to me saying the shop had received payment, but I tried calling them/e-,mailling but all e-mails coming back undelivered and calls not answered. I eventually had someone call me back saying they no longer have this business and someone else has bought it over, but changed all contact details. I'm worried now, as I'm not too sure if i'll even receive my goods. What do you think, and how am i eligible for a refund if goods arent received?
